It’s been over 18 months since Africa Geographic released its very first online magazine, and what a journey it’s been. One of the many advantages of online publishing is that statistical analytics, as well as social media commentary, allow us to understand what truly interests our readers, so that we can continue to provide content that is inspirational, as well as educational.
As we welcome in a new year, filled with hope about the possibilities that lie in store for our continent, we wish to thank you for your support and we are delighted to share with you these monthly highlights of our adventures through 2015.
In this gallery we take you all the way from Cape Town in South Africa to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. Along the way we have been privileged to work with a range of talented photographers, writers and conservationists; and to connect with travellers, safari enthusiasts and adrenalin junkies from around the world.
The year has taught us a great deal, but most of all we have learnt that all life is precious, connected, and deserving of respect. With that in mind, let’s start this year united with a grateful heart for Africa, our special home. We’ll take a cup of kindness yet, for auld lang syne.
